Change for our Children opens in Australia

We have opened an Australian subsidiary company so that Australian services can more easily participate in our Pēpi-Pod® Program. Called Change for our Children Pty Ltd, the new company is a separate Australian entity, mainly for trading purposes.
The company and this web-page are in development. In the meantime, if you are an Australian organisation or service wanting information, you can link to Australian-specific Pēp-Pod® programe information here.
A Pēpi-Pod sleep space with bedding customised for Australia
A safe sleep innovation for more vulnerable babies that started as an emergency response to the Christchurch earthquakes of 2011. It is now part of the health landscape for babies across New Zealand and in parts of Australia.
Pēpi-Pod® Queensland
In 2025, a gradual roll-out of the Pēp-Pod® program will begin across Queensland. The Queensland Government has committed to this intervention as part of its 'Putting Queensland Kids First' policy. (Press release)
Changing the status quo
The change in Australia from ad hoc services across states to a coordinated and accountable implimentation of a state-wide program has not happened by chance. It is a tribute to the participation over many years by infants, communities and services to validate the intervention. And to the advocay of professionals, academics and policy people to wrap it in resourcing. The work ahead is to bring in a new status quo to Australia where sleep is safe for all infants.
